Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes. As a Darien, CT. florist, we service areas as far south as Westchester County, NY and as far north as Fairfield/Westport CT. Our fees range by delivery zip codes from $10.00 – $20.00. Most popular delivery areas are: Darien, Stamford, New Canaan, Greenwich, Wilton, Norwalk, Westport and Fairfield CT.
Do you have a minimum for delivery?
No. We don’t impose a minimum fee for delivery. However, we do suggest on average allowing $85.00 – $125.00 for floral arrangements. This will always yield a lush display and what you have come to expect from us as trusted Darien florists. We will work within all budgets.
Do you send flowers to other states?
Yes. As a leader among florists in Darien, CT, we belong to a private high-end floral network. We opted to become a member of a private network, rather than use the typical wire services, to ensure that the quality of work you have come to expect from Flowers & Flowers is achieved with our affiliates in other states. One business day lead time is always appreciated.
Do you send flowers overseas?
Yes. We can assist you in sending flowers overseas. A three business days lead time is required.
Do you do Weddings and Events?
Yes. We have a great team to help you plan your most important occasions, intimate gatherings to the most lavish affairs. Please call for an appointment to meet with our Design Team in our store.
Do you do Holiday Décor Exterior and Interior?
Yes. We have a fantastic holiday installation team that will customize your holiday décor to your specific tastes to compliment your homes décor creating a holiday wonderland. Please call to set up an in-home consultation. We start booking our Holiday Installations in Early October.
Do you do seasonal plantings in containers and pots?
Yes. We offer seasonal plantings for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter to ensure that you have fresh blooms, grasses and greens throughout the year keeping your front entryway, poolside and patio alive and vibrant. Please call for an in-home consultation.
Do you customize your designs?
Yes. We will customize all our work to your liking. We work through each order to ensure you are getting exactly what you desire.
Do you sell your flowers by the stem?
Yes. We sell all our flowers and greens by the stem. Feel free to purchase 1 stem or 100.
Do you allow clients to bring in their own containers?
Yes. We encourage it. We love working in your favorite vases and containers.
Do you recycle glass vases from clients?
Yes. Many of our clients will often begin to get a collection of glass vases – we welcome you to bring them in to our shop to be recycled.
Do you have arrangements in the store ready to purchase?
Yes. We typically have a nice selection of arrangements made fresh daily in our store for your purchase or inspiration. We also will design on demand right in front of you while you wait.
Do you give back to the community?
Yes. We feel it very important to always give back whenever possible. We allocate a portion of our marketing budgets every year to support local causes and fundraising events. Call or stop by to discuss the details and we will make every effort to work with you and our budget allocations.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Stop by and we will supply you with any denomination you would like.
Do you offer weekly standing accounts?
Yes. We are happy to set up an on-going weekly, bi-weekly or once a month standing accounts for fresh flowers to be delivered to your corporation, office and or home.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. We have a 30 day exchange or return on any hard good items. Vases, candles, decorative items…etc. On our flowers we guarantee them to last between 5 – 7 days depending on types of blooms. Some flowers have a longer shelf life than others. We always want our customers to be happy so we will do what it takes to ensure your continued business.
